ONE:
CL40 Vertical Lathe

Structure feature:

RF serial VTL is used to machining large and medium size components, in according with the high rigidity, stable running, accuracy durable designing theory, it aims to realize heavy, high accuracy, high efficiency. RIFA VTL is of high efficiency in processing following parts: break, clutch plate, wheel body, crank shaft, driving shaft, speed governing case, pulley etc. This serial uses 90s new design theory and with following feature:

1. VTL carries out integrate box structure, rectangular column, and it is of high rigidity, durable heavy cutting and high accuracy feature.

2. Turret moves on carriage in horizontal and vertical direction, the guide ways are linear cylinder roller type, easy to move and without creeping, accurate position, it can keep high accuracy in long term. In vertical direction moving, it equips self balance weight device, its activities is very quick and exact.

3. Big diameter of spindle bearing, good rigidity of bearing structure which can realize high accurate and heavy cutting

4. Flexible operating panel, integrates hand moving device, automatic device, lots of buttons and CRT device, which makes the operation very convenient.

5. Total guard cover, chip conveyor can be used rear type or side type according to the requirement.
